Arman Tsarukyan is significantly younger than his opponent, but in the years since their last encounter, he has made remarkable progress in his professional career. At this point, he represents a formidable and dangerous force that has overpowered fighters like Charles Oliveira, Beneil Dariush, Damir Ismagulov, Joel Alvarez, and many other worthy opponents.  

The fight between Makhachev and Tsarukyan will be the main event of the evening, capturing the attention of millions of MMA fans around the world. The bout will take place at the modern Intuit Dome sports arena in Inglewood, Los Angeles. This newly technological arena only began operations in August 2024.
